REFUND + EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

  • All clothing must have the original tags attached.

  • We reserve the right to deny a return if items show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds can be issued to your original payment method, or

  • Provided as store credit, based on your preference.

Please allow several business days for refunds to be processed, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must meet the same return conditions (unworn, original tags attached).

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item or size is not in stock, you may choose:

    • Store credit, or

    • A refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend contacting us before sending any items back to ensure your return or exchange is approved.
